PPP is an independent German consultancy, which is specialized in consultancy on public sector projects. Our consulting approach is thoroughly consistent. It is focused on the successful realization of infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships (PPP projects), privatisation or the restructuring and optimization of your portfolio. Privatisations 

We are specialized in the preparation and goal oriented execution of privatisation procedures in close coordination with the client.
Our core competence is to manage and steer sale processes. For example the efficient structuring of all stages of a sale auction process.

Public Private Partnerships 

Due to budget constraints, the urgently necessary modernization of public infrastructure is only possible through the mobilisation of private capital. The experience of other European countries and first successful projects in Germany show that the private realization of public projects boosts levels of efficiency. In contrast to conventional solutions private Know How and business skills often show significant and measurable advantages.

Apart from the development of new and modern financing structures intensified co-operation between the public and the private sector offers the chance of sustainable Know How transfers because of specialized private enterprises.

Primary sectors in Germany are at present:

  • Traffic facilities (roads, bridges, tunnels),

  • Public construction sites and
  • Hospitals. 
The market for Public Private Partnerships is still limited. Current projects at Federal and State levels suggest a potential volume of approx. 49 billion EUR per year only on the local level. These projects are increasingly realized with innovative structures like Public Private Partnerships. Furthermore they ensure economically successful results and exceptional benefits on a long-term basis.

Because of excellent personal contacts to private sponsors/patrons and companies and/or entrepreneurs we are able to offer partnerships, for example in the cultural sector. These contacts enable our clients to realize projects on a solely privately financed basis.
