- Senior advisor with national and international project experience, specialized on infrastructure consulting, PPP-projects- privatizations, optimizing of holding portfolios;

- studies of law and economics at the Universities of Mainz, Geneva and at the New York University (NYU). The focus of studies at NYU was Mergers & Acquisitions and company law; 

- PhD in law (Dr. iur) in the field of the international corporate law, enterprise purchase/M&A;  scholarship holder of the German academic exchange service (DAAD) and the federal state Rhineland-Palatinate; 

- work experience at renowned international law offices in Frankfurt/Main and Chicago, specialising on corporate law, enterprise purchase/sales, M&A transactions and privatisation projects;

- Consulting of various privatisation projects, enterprise and holding sales, restructuring and reorganizations of a renowned company (Industrieholding) ; 

- uccessful execution of privatisation projects and Public Private Partnership - projects for the Bund and Laender as well as various municipalities and private investors in cooperation with renowned investment banks;

- More than fiften years of experience with the successful realization of complex PPP-projects and privatisation for the Bund and Laender as well as various municipalities and private investors with focus on the transportation and infrastructure / building sector, the real estate sector, health care services/hospitals as well as energy/ renewables.
